Our company self-developed this Terminal Detection Visual Monitor, with a high pixel, high-speed shutter camera. High efficiency running uninterrupted aims at terminal pressure conditions for image detection and analysis. It can install small volumes in the exiting automatic crimping machine, not affecting the pressing machine's production efficiency. Effectively detect and judge the appearance of the terminal after peeling and crimping.

It takes less than 100msec from detection to capture the high-speed terminal with a high pixel high-speed shutter to get clear images. See visual inspection options displayed on the device screen for specific inspection items.
